Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, accessories, and receipt.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
  • Consumables, software, or digital products.
  • Items with broken seals or missing parts.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Price differences may apply if exchanging for a higher or lower-priced item.

5. Cancellation

  • Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund.
  • If shipped, standard return policy applies.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
